Performance Beyond Limits - Unburdened from your thinking | 30 Day SELF STUDY COURSE|

Hold up is this...

  • The next fad in sports performance?
  • Another technique that I'll have to remember?
  • The latest strategy to provide frustratingly inconsistent results?

The answer is HELL NO to all of the above. You see I've been there, done that, tried it, failed and failed again. I know what it's like to have small glimpses of performances that went way above what I should have been capable of, only to then struggle to understand how to replicate it.

I don't want that for you.

Whilst everyone else is:

  • Settling for careers and performances that are 'good enough'.
  • Not reaching their potential.
  • Believing that pressure and struggle is just part of sport.
  • Not ready to question their beliefs and how they think.

You're going to go all in as I share an understanding of the mind that changed my life, has revolutionised my clients' performance and could do the same for you.

In this course you'll find:

  • 3hrs of content that can change your experience of performing for the rest of your life.
  • 100% online, delivered over 30 days.
  • Unlimited life time access.
  • The same understanding that clients pay hundreds of pounds for.
  • Delivered by former international high jumper now Psychological Performance Coach, Matt Roberts. Supported by his dad Paul Roberts and interviews with current international athletes.
  • A revolutionary approach to psychology and performance, hear more about it below.

Who is this course for?

Any athlete or sportsperson looking to rid themselves of the pressures and anxieties associated with sport, and who want to rediscover their passion and joy, resulting in performance beyond limits. If it feels like a HELL YES, then this is for you.

What my clients are saying:

ⓒ James Rhodes

Lawrence Okoye - European Bronze Medalist, Discus.

"When I started working with Matt, I was at a very low point in my career; consistently struggling to replicate the ability I had shown in training in major competition. However, after working with Matt, I began to truly understand the mental side of performance, unlearn my bad habits and actually do my best when it mattered most. The 2 medals I won at the Commonwealth Games and the European Champs soon after we started our sessions are evidence enough that it works."

ⓒ Gary Mitchell

Owen Heard - Team England Pole vaulter

"Talking with Matt has made me realise that I'm not 'broken', and helped me to easily tap into that zone from which I perform at my best."

Seamus Derbyshire - Team GB 400mh

"It became apparent that through the noise of my mind, my true self and well being was always present. This is when I realised that the 'powers' I had been searching for had always been present within me, just hidden behind the noise I had created. The one thing that I know now is the fact that I am limitless."
